Obituary of Charles Gronau

Charles L. "Chuck" Gronau, Sr., 84, of Camillus, passed away Sunday September 5, at Upstate Community Hospital. Chuck retired from New Venture Gear where he worked as a set-up/machine repairman for 30 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting, trap shooting and most of all spending time with his loving family. Chuck was a US Army veteran and a member of UAW Local 624.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Nadia, 3-sons, Andriy (Jennifer M.) of Camillus, Charles L. Gronau, Jr., James Gronau and his daughter Tina. He is also survived by several grandchildren and 3-nieces.
Chuck will be laid to rest in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
