Prayers of Peace to Joe, David, Joanne and Families...
Elba was a great neighbor on Magnolia. She was always feeding the kids in the neighborhood and asking about, "How's things?". She was wonderful and caring with my Grandma Brooks, her neighbor...She was part of the reason that we all grew up in one of the best neighborhoods ever. Quite an eclectic bunch that just took care of each other. Heaven will be fragrant with the smells of her cooking!
