Anna’s biggest contribution to the world was her warmth and sincere friendship, and her love of life which she readily shared. The world was brighter with her presence. To her family and extended family may we extend our heartfelt sympathy and mourn her loss. We went to grammar school, high school and college together. She was my first friend when I came to the US. I moved away and Anna stayed in Syracuse, but our paths would always cross. Years could pass and it would be like it was yesterday when we last saw each other. My family, Ensemble Lvivyany and I would like ton extend our condolences to Orest and the entire family for the loss of their beloved wife, mother, grandmother , aunt, sister. It was with great sadness that I learned of the passing of this very dear friend, I shared many of the last fifty or so years with Hania; Ukrainian School, dancing, church choir. When we both worked downtown, we would meet for lunch at Dey Bros. When there was a party, or any kind of gathering, Hania would be in the thick of it singing every song. Her smile would light up the room. I will miss you, my friend. [God needed another alto in His heavenly choir. That is why He called you home.] Rest in peace.
